One of the great strengths of Valley Forge Military Academy is the incredible diversity of the student population. Students from around the world have attended Valley Forge Military Academy in preparation for success in life, and many have gone on to become respected leaders.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION PROCESS
An application is considered complete when all the following requirements are met:

Completed application

An Interview must be completed (in-person or virtual), or can be completed with standardized english tests through Vericant

Grades, translated to U.S. equivalent.

Standardized test scores (if not completed through Vericant) TOEFL iBT (Minimum score of 60) or Duolingo (Minimum score of 90).

Evaluations or recommendations from Math or Literature teacher and Principal/Dean/Guidance Counselor (recommended but not required).

Copy of Bio section of passport (Photo Page).

Current Bank Statement(s) to reflect funds equivalent to the total cost of the school year (must be in English and in US dollars).

Contact information for any family or agents in the United States who will take guardianship of student during their time of study in the U.S (if applicable).
After a Visa is secured and a deposit is made, completed registration forms must be submitted before arrival. Forms include, but are not limited to medical history, current physical, and official transcripts. We will issue an I-20 for the F-1 visa process upon acceptance.

International Tuition costs encompass tuition and fees, room and dining, required personal supplies, laundry and dry-cleaning, haircuts, shoe repair, and health care for middle and high school students arriving at VFMA from abroad.
Additional expenses include uniforms, textbooks, personal allowance, and paid activities, such as SCUBA training, Judo, driver’s education, or membership in artillery battery (E Battery). A fee is charged for Health Center care that lasts more than 24 hours and requires a medical management plan.
