SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MILITARY CHILDREN

★ FISHER HOUSE SCHOLARSHIP SEARCH 

Available to Grades 9-12 and CollegeThis search function finds available scholarships based on grade level and various other criteria like class rank, GPA, sports, ethnic background, parents’ occupations, etc. This platform finds assistance for both high school and college students. Search Fisher House.

 

★ SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MILITARY CHILDREN PROGRAM  

Available to Grades 9-12 and CollegeAlso managed by Fisher House, Scholarships for Military Children offers grants of $2,000 to high school and college students who qualify. Five hundred grants are given each year. These scholarships offer help paying for private middle schools. Search Scholarships for Military Children.

 

★ CHILDREN’S SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Available to Grades K-8CSF offer financial assistance to families of K-8 students who meet income and other eligibility requirements. Though they don’t usually offer scholarships to high school students, they may offer continued high school assistance to students who are already receiving help from CSF in 8th grade. Parents must also be able to pay at least 25% of total tuition and fees. Search CSF.

 

★ COOKE YOUNG SCHOLARS PROGRAM

Available for 7th Grade Selective five-year, pre-college scholarships for exceptionally promising 7th grade students with financial need. Search Cooke Young.

 

OTHER ACADEMIC FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

★ CEO AMERICA LEHIGH VALLEY

The Children’s Educational Opportunity Fund provides scholarships of up $3500 (or 80% of tuition if that is less) to families seeking to transfer from a public school to a private schools.Qualifications: student must be currently enrolled in a public school and looking to enroll in a private school; total parent income does not exceed $60,000 annually; student currently resides in Pennsylvania; student is enrolled in grades 2-11; parent must submit documentation of all income sources. Visit CEO America.

 

★ CHILDREN’S SCHOLARSHIP FUND PHILADELPHIA (CSFP)

Available to those who qualify, K-12.Lifeline (PASS) Scholarship Accounts are EOAs, which are restricted-use spending accounts funded with state tax dollars. The funds must be for “qualified education expenses,” which include tuition, school-related fees, and special education services fees associated with attendance at a non-public school. Visit CSFP to learn more.
