Tracks fares well at BAL championships

The VFMA track & field team had multiple top finishers at the Bicentennial Athletic League Championships last week.
Sophomore Antonio Cortes won gold in the 100 meter (11.50). The 4×100 relay team of Eluziyah Pierre, Turner Boyle, Sean Cargill and Cortes earned silver (45.92). Senior Justin Gonzalez finished fourth in the 3,200 meter (10:59.70).
Nice job Trojans and good luck to those who qualified for the District 1 Championships on Friday!
