Freshmen return from Outward Bound

Cadets from the Outward Bound trip celebrated their graduation on Friday at the Discovery Center in Philadelphia. The cadets and chaperones spent five days backpacking along the Appalachian Trail in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
They learned technical skills like navigation, camp craft and the basics of backpacking, while also learning the value of teamwork, compassion for others and the pursuit of excellence while overcoming challenging situations. Thank you Philadelphia Outward Bound School for giving our cadets an incredible experience!
