U.S. Army Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) is one of the largest character development and citizenship programs for youth in the world. JROTC at Valley Forge Military Academy provides cadets with a structured environment to develop leadership, discipline, and a sense of responsibility. Through hands-on training, cadets learn essential skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication. The program emphasizes personal growth, preparing cadets for future success in both military and civilian careers.
