Affording Valley Forge Military Academy

A Valley Forge Military Academy education is an investment in your son’s future, and we want to help you make that investment most prudently through our variety of grants, scholarships, payment plans, and financial assistance programs.

Financial Aid at VFMA

We have seen many families successfully combine their current assets and resources with loan options, merit scholarships, and/or need-based aid. We suggest you start exploring your options as soon as you apply for your child’s admission into the Academy.

Identifying Tuition Options:

  • Applying for Need-Based Tuition Assistance
Valley Forge Military Academy need-based financial aid may also be awarded to eligible cadets in grades 7 to 12 who display financial need. Financial need is determined through the filing of the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) through the School & Student Services (SSS) by NAIS. SSS will send your application results directly to Valley Forge Military Academy with verification of your most recent W2. Once we have received this information and the student has been accepted for enrollment, we will notify you about available aid. The offer will be based on your demonstrated need, the school’s financial aid policies, and the available budget.  Your award package may contain a combination of Valley Forge aid and other scholarships that match the uniqueness of your son’s abilities and contributions to Valley Forge.  The nature of these scholarships may change during your son’s tenure at Valley Forge, as he matures and gets involved in different activities, but the total value of the award will not. Applications are available online here
    SSS Code: 900044
The fee for financial aid applications varies each year.

We also recommend that you review the wide range of resources that SSS has put together to help families with the financial aid process.
