CADET LIFE
At Valley Forge Military Academy, residential life begins in the barracks. After completing the plebe system, cadets can earn a single room, providing them with a private space to focus on academics and personal growth. With 24-hour security ensuring safety and well-being, cadets thrive in a supportive, distraction-free environment.
Leadership development is central to the VFMA experience. Through programs like the Corps of Cadets and JROTC, cadets learn accountability, discipline, and teamwork. These programs offer hands-on leadership opportunities, building confidence, responsibility, and essential life skills that extend beyond the classroom.

The military model at VFMA combines structure, discipline, and leadership training to foster personal growth. Cadets follow a structured routine balancing academics, physical fitness, and leadership roles. As they rise through the ranks, cadets gain valuable decision-making and problem-solving skills, preparing them for success in both military and civilian careers.
Athletics and extracurricular activities are integral to cadet life at VFMA. Cadets engage in physical education, strength training, and various sports, developing resilience and fitness. Additionally, they have access to clubs and student activities such as robotics, theater, and the National Honor Society, offering opportunities to explore interests, build camaraderie, and grow as well-rounded individuals.
