STRENGTH TRAINING REQUIRED

Strength training is an essential part of every cadet’s physical development. Our full-time strength coach designs individualized programs tailored to each cadet’s fitness level and goals, ensuring they build strength, endurance, and overall athleticism.

 

Strength training is not optional—it’s a required part of the cadet experience. 

 

This helps our cadets enhance both physical and mental resilience. With guidance and support, cadets learn proper techniques, setting them up for long-term success in all aspects of life.

Our strength training class teaches cadets how to safely build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall fitness using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or light weights. They learn proper form, balance, and coordination while developing healthy workout habits.
